Ratafia de Bourgogne
Blanc
This Burgundy grape juice muted with some old marc de Bourgogne offers aromas of raisins and fully ripe grapes.
With a bit of aeration hints of light tobacco
and spices will appear.
On the palate the roundness of the raisins and of
the fully ripe grapes is confirmed but the traditional
Burgundian vivacity still has some room to express
itself. The savours of hazelnuts, dired and
candied fruits then make their entrance.
Perfect with the aperitif it will be difficult to refuse a sip with some dark chocolate for coffee. It can also accompany sweet petit four and fruits déguisés (marzipan surrounded candied fruits dipped into caramel).
